We are based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and work across the whole of Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and surrounding areas. We also travel to Meerut, Agra, Jaipur, Dehradun, Chandigarh and further afield for destination events; travel and stay are quoted separately in those cases.

Call or WhatsApp us with your date, venue and a rough idea of what you need. We discuss the requirement, suggest a suitable package and share a written quotation. Once you are happy, a booking advance confirms the date and the balance is settled on or before the event day. You will receive a written confirmation listing exactly what has been agreed.

A booking advance secures your date in our calendar. The exact amount depends on the scale of the engagement and is stated clearly in your quotation. We provide a receipt for every payment received, and the balance is due as set out in your confirmation.

Yes, and we encourage it for singer and anchor bookings. Depending on schedules we can arrange a live audition, or share recent audio and video recordings so you can hear the artist properly before deciding.

Pricing depends on four things: the services you need, the number of artists involved, the duration of the performance, and the venue location. A two-hour bhajan sandhya at home and a full wedding production with orchestra, dancers and stage setup are very different engagements. We quote in writing after understanding your requirement, with no hidden additions.

Yes. Most clients book several elements together — orchestra with sangeet choreography, or DJ with lighting and LED floor — and a combined package is more economical than booking each separately. It also means one team coordinating everything, which removes a great deal of friction on the day.

We do. We supply and operate line-array and point-source sound, intelligent lighting on truss, and LED video walls, with our own trained operators on site for the full duration. You can book production on its own or bundled with performance services.

Absolutely. We prepare a song list with you in advance covering the numbers that matter to your family and any you would prefer we avoid. Our vocalists carry a broad repertoire across Bollywood, ghazal, Sufi, Punjabi folk and devotional music, and requests on the night are welcome.

Yes, home chowkis are a significant part of our work. We scale the setup to the space available — a compact darbar arrangement, a bhajan mandali sized to the room, and a sound system that fills the space without disturbing neighbours. We arrive early, set up quietly and work to your family timings.

A simple bhajan or acoustic setup takes about an hour. A full orchestra with sound needs three to four hours. Large productions with trussing, lighting and LED walls need most of the day, so we typically load in the previous evening or early that morning. We confirm the schedule with your venue in advance.

Reliable three-phase power for larger productions, a defined stage or performance area, and access for loading equipment. We carry out a venue survey before the event to check ceiling heights, rigging points, power and any noise restrictions, so there are no surprises on the day.

Outdoor bookings always include a contingency discussion. Electrical equipment needs cover, so we agree in advance on either a marquee, a covered stage, or an indoor fallback area. We would rather plan for it and not need it than improvise on the day.

Yes. We regularly travel outside NCR for destination weddings. Travel, accommodation and equipment transport are quoted separately and transparently, and for distant venues we usually travel a day early so setup is never rushed.
